E>imensions —Diameter generally ranges from 1.6 to 3.5 mm Diagnosis — The test is planispirally coiled, involut. It consists of 8-12 broad and low chambers per whorl. They increase rapidly in height. The sutures are nearly radial, the periphery is angular. The wall agglutinated, with very thin imperforate outer layer. The aperture is a low slip at the base of apertural face. Remarks — It is one of the most characteristic forms of the Clavulina szabói layers. MAJZON (1962b) and NAGYNÉ GELLAI (1973) had thought that this species is equivalent to Cyclammina placenta (REUSS, 1851). However, it differs from Cyclammina placenta (REUSS, 1851) and Cyclammina cancellata (BRADY, 1884) species with its size, the aperture, and the inner
