We celebrate the 80

th birthday of MIKLÓS KRETZOI During his highly qualified scientific career in vertebrate paleontology Miklós KRETZOI worked in the Paleontological Department of the Hungarian Natural History Museum as a Curator (1941-1916) and as Head of Department (1947-1950). He nurtured and inspired generations of paleontologists and archeozoologists. We wish him further successful activity for the advancement of sciences in Hungary.
