FÖLDVÁRI M. & PEREGOVITS N. It was first reported from Hungary (Börzsöny and Mecsek Mts) rather recently (PAPP 2003). TRIXOSCELIDIDAE Trixoscelis fumipennis sp. n. (Figs 13-16) Type material - Holotype male (HNHM): Budapest, Pestszentlőrinc, Péterhalmi-erdő ­tölgyes szélén [on the edge of an oak forest], 2003. 06. 14., leg. PAPP L. Paratypes: 1 male (gen. prep.), 1 female (HNHM): Budapest, Tündér-h., autós hálózás, 2002. 06. 24., MERKL. Description - Measurements (in mm): body length 2.94 (holotype), 3.08 (paratype male). 2.92 (paratype female), wing length 2.90 (holotype), 3.10, 2.89 (paratypes), wing breadth 1.11 (holotype), 1.19, 1.15 (paratypes). Head as high as long. Face and genae yellow with thick white microtomentum. Anterior part of frons yellowish, orbitalia, ocellar triangle and vertex light grey, thickly microtomentose. Postgena and occiput darker grey. Scape and pedicel yellowish grey, first flagellomere yellow with a large dark grey central spot both laterally and medially. Aristal cilia 0.018 mm. Gena narrow, not much wider than half width of first flagellomere. Basic colour of thorax grey with thick white microtomentum. Mesonotum with a pair of brownish longitudinal stripes medially to dorsocentral setae, from the l sl dc to the scutellum. Pleura with a broad darker brown stripe from postpronotum to the greater ampulla, over the anepisternal seta. Wing mostly light yellowish, but costal vein dark from the humeral vein; it becomes dark yel­lowish near R 2+1 and almost clear yellow apically. Subcostal cell blackish fuscous, also upper part of r, cell lightly fumose. All other veins, incl. cross-veins yellow, i.e. without any darker bordering. Costal thorns medium-long: 0.09, 0.095 mm at break, 0.065, 0.075 mm more distally, strong black fringe on 0.47 of costal section between radial veins R 2+ , and R 4+v Medial vein ratio (ultimate / intracrossvein section) 1.725 (holotype), 1.48 (paratype male). Calyptrae, halter and calyptral fringe all white. Fore femur (except its basal ca. 1/6), fore tibia and all tarsomeres black with some grey micro­tomentum, also male hind basitarsus dark. Otherwise all other parts of legs, incl. all coxae yellow. Hind tibia apico-ventrally with a straight oblique brush of black straight setae. Dorsal preapical seta of hind tibia rather strong, more apically a pair of discernible setae (av, pv) present. Two strong ventroapical setae on mid tibia (0.20, 0.17 mm). Hind basitarsus 0.375 mm long, 0.155 mm thick (holotype), 0.375 mm long, 0.09 mm thick (paratype female). Abdomen light grey (with whitish microtomentum), male preabdominal tergites with a broad blackish medial band (as broad as scutellum). Also ventral part of epandrium with surstylus dark. Male genitalia (Figs 17-20) peculiar. Ejaculatory apodeme (Fig. 17) extremely large. Epan­drium (Fig. 14) much higher than long, its two halves connected on a very short section dorsally. Epandrial setae rather long. Subepandrial sclerite (on Fig. 14, covered) not large. Cercus rather small
