Dorsal side (Fig. 1): Posterior margin of dorsal shield and anterior margin of postdorsal shield undulate. Dorsal shield with rounded ornamentation and several long, strong setae. Marginal setae smaller than dorsal setae. Horseshoe-shaped appendage small, with several longer setae. Ventral side (Fig. 2): Ventral shield with rounded ornamentation. Ventral setae small, distally serrated, ventroanal setae longer and needle-like. Sternal setae not clearly visible. The genital shield shield-shaped, between 2 and 4 coxa. Gnathosoma, epistoma, tritosternum and chelicera not clearly visible. Material examined - Indonesia, Gunung Palung National Park, Cabang Panti Research Station, 01°13.13'N 110°06.14'E, dipterocarp lowland rainforest, Borneo, West Kalimantan 31.12.2002, 04.01.2003. The material is stored in alcohol and deposited in the Pedozoological Collections of the Hungarian Natural History Museum. Deraiophorus pseudomagnus sp. n. (Figs 3-7) Diagnosis - Idiosoma large, horseshoe-shaped appendage large, dorsal shield with rounded ornamentation, genital shield shield-form, three large bulges on the lateral part of marginal shield. Description - Female: Length of idiosoma 1180 urn, width (in middle of idiosoma) 950 um, triangular. Male, deuteronymph, protonymph, larva unknown. Dorsal side (Fig. 3): All dorsal setae not clearly visible. Visible setae long, smooth and needle-like. The dorsal shield with rounded ornamentation. Anterior part of dorsal shield with large horseshoe-shaped appendage, with several long, serrated setae (all setae not clearly visible). Lateral part of marginal shield with several needle-like setae and anterior part of marginal shield with star-like setae. Postdorsal shield with one pair of setae and without ornamentation. Ventral side (Fig. 4): The lateral part of ventral shield with small rounded ornamentation, but sternal and preanal regions without this ornamentation. All sternal setae needle-like, ventral setae small, leaf-like and with serrated margin. The ventro-anal setae similar to ventral setae but longer (Fig. 5). Genital shield between 2 and 4 coxa and shield-shaped. Gnathosoma (Fig. 6): Corniculae horn-like, anterior part of lacininae divided. Ventral side of gnathosoma with 4 pairs of coxal setae. CI long, wide, ligamentary, C2 needle-like, smooth and shorter, C3 needle-like, serrated and longer, C4 short, distaly serrated. Base of tritosternum with two spines, lacininae trifurcated and ser-
