of the front ocellus = 4:5. Length of the 3rd antennái segment : longest axis of the eye = 22:30. Length: 4.5 mm (holotype), 3.7 mm (paratype). Length of fore wing : 4.2 mm (holotype), 3.4 mm. (paratype). Paratype: like holotype, but all abdominal stemites yellowish. Mesonotum not granulated but densely punctured with isolate punctures, moderately shining. Mesoscutellum longitudinally wrinkled in the middle. Holotype: male: "Mongolia,: Central aimak, Ulan-Baator, Zaisan im Bogdo ul, 1600 m, Exp. Dr. Z. Kaszab, 1966, Nr. 499, 6.VI.1966". Paratype: male: "Mongolia: Central aimak, SO von Somon Bajanzogt, 1600 m, Exp. Dr. Z. Kaszab, 1966, Nr. 919, 11.VI. 1966". The structure of the penis valve of the new species slightly resembles that of Pristiphora exigua (Lindqvist, 1955). But the penis valve of P. exigua (Lindqvist, 1955) is much more flattened than that of the new species as it figured in Zhelochovtsev, 1988, Fig. 138. Pristiphora micromongolica sp. n. (Fig. 10) Black. Legs light brown but coxae black, hind tarsi dark brown and femora with black ventral suffusion. Antennae ventrally dark brown. Labrum brown, tegula dark and last abdominal sternite dark yellow. Wings hyaline. Costa and stigma light brown. Cenchri greyish brown. Head with dense and fine coriaceous sculpture, shining. There is a deep, horizontal furrow behind the hind ocelli. Head slightly contracted behind the eyes. Clypeus faintly emarginated. Mesonotum finely, moderately deeply and densely punctured, shining. Mesoscutellum and mesoscutellar appendage finely, moderately densely punctured, shining. Postscutellum sporadically punctured, shining. Mesopleuron smooth and shining. The 2nd cubital cell of the fore wings very elongated, the 3rd short, rectangular. The right wing of the holotype only with three cubital cells. Claws without inner teeth. Last abdominal tergite without apical projection. Head and thorax covered with sparse whitish pubescence about half as long as the diameter of the front ocellus. Abdominal tergites with fine surface sculpture, slightly shining. Penis valve in Fig. 10. OOL:POL:OCL= 11:13:6. Ratios of the antennái segments = 6:3:24:26:23:20:18: : 18:19. Ratios of the hind tarsal segments = 22:11:8:5:11. Length of inner hind tibial spur : length of hind basitarsus : maximal width of hind tibia = 9:22:9. Genal
