Dolerus kurodakensis sp. n. Black, shining without metallic luster. Dark red are the inner wide angles of pronotum, lateral angles of the middle lobes of mesonotum, tegulae, lateral lobes of mesonotum. Cenchri brownish white. Venation and stigma black. Head densely, moderately deeply, uniformly and moderately roughly punctured. Ratios of the antennái joints = 25:11:51:41:3 8:33:28:26:27. OOL:POL:OCL = 26:19:26. Head sligthly contracted behind the eyes. Occipital carina absent. Clypeus roundly emarginated to a depth of 1/3 of its median length. Mesonotal lobes moderately densely and moderately deeply punctured with shining interspaces mostly about as large as the diameter of a puncture. Pronotum very densely and moderately roughly punctured without shining interspaces. Mesopleuron densely, deeply, roughly and uniformly punctured. Mesosternum sporadically punctured — in the middle moderately densely — with shallow punctures, strongly shining. Length of a cenchrus:distance between cenchri = 22:30. Ratios of the hind tarsal segments = (basitarsus) 42:21:15:11:31 (without claws). Claws with inner teeth. Inner hind tibial spur: basitarsus = 19:42. Head and thorax covered with whitish pubescence about as long as the diameter of front ocellus. Abdomen with fine transverse surface sculpture including the first tergite. Length: 10.0 mm, length of the fore wing: 9.5 mm. Holotype — Female: Mt. Kurodake, Kuju Oita, 16-24.V. 1986, A. Shinohara. Paratype — Female: Mt. Odaigahara, Nara Pref, 03.06.1983, E. Nishida. The holotype and the paratype are deposited in the National Science Museum, Tokyo. The new species is closely related to Dolerus lewisii Cameron, 1885. The body of Dolerus lewisii has strong metallic luster, its pronotum and propleuron are red, while the new species has no metallic luster on its body and only the pronotum is red, the propleuron black. Dolerus rubrosignalis sp. n. Black. Dark red are longitudinal lines at the lateral sides of the middle lobes of mesonotum, further longitudinal lines at the lateral sides of the lateral lobes of mesonotum, tegulae. Cenchri brown. Wings hyaline, venation and stigma dark blackish brown. Vertex and temple densely and moderately roughly punctured without shining interspaces. OOL:POL:OCL = 23:18:20. Eyes moderately contracted to the half of the eyes. Clypeus moderately deeply emarginated to 1/3 of its median length. Ratios of the antennái joints = 18:10:52:50:50:44:39:39:37. Mesonotal lobes uniformly and densely punctured with shining interspaces not larger than a puncture. Mesoscutellum very densely and roughly punctured without interspaces. Pronotum and propleuron densely and moderately roughly punctured. Postscutellum smooth and shining. Mesosternum moderately densely and deeply punctured with shining interspaces not larger than a puncture. Abdominal tergites from the 2nd with dense transverse surface sculpture. First abdominal tergite smooth and shining. Length of a cenchrus:distance between cenchri = 16:21. Ratios of the tarsal segments = 37:21:17:11: (without claws) 26. Claws with small inner tooth. Penis valve is shown in Fig.l. Length: 8.0 mm. Length of the fore wing: 8.0 mm. Holotype — Male: Yatsushiro, Kumamoto, Jap. Apr. 5. 1924, coll. K. Sato. The new species is closely related to Dolerus albolineolatus Haris et Blank, 1996.
