Under each species I give some differentiating characters that represent the Sub-Carpathian populations. Morphological features: 1. vertex with very shallow punctuation, the whole surface is otherwise smooth and highly polished, 2. postocellar area delimited on both sides by parallel sutures, 3. clypeus arcuately emarginated on the front margin. Colour features: 1. clypeus entirely yellow, 2. mesopleuron with a narrow black line only, 3. mesosternum entirely yellow, 4. the border of mesepisternum and mesepimeron with a narrow black line, i.e. mesopleural suture black, 5. femora and tibiae behind with a black line each, 6. coxae entirely yellow.
