Histiostoma alii sp. n. (Figs 8-14) Measurments — Length: 137-170 pm, breadth: 92-105 pm. Habitus: Propodosoma anteriorly flat, hysterosoma posteriorly convex, both rounded, thus body obovoid in outline. Dorsal side (Fig. 8): Propodosoma with a band running parallel with its margin, dorsosejugal region missing, only a narrow band representing dorsosejugal suture. Both pairs of prodorsal setae long and thick, inner pair slightly longer than the outer one. The former originating in front of the latter. Seven pairs of very long and thick setae, and four pairs of very short and thin setae present on the hysterosomal surface. All long setae pointing forward. Surface of hysterosoma smooth. Figs 8-9.
