S. Mahunka szerk.: Folia Entomologica Hungarica 61. (Budapest, 2000)

22.VIII.1971, 1 female, leg. L. Papp (HNHM). Lake Velence-West, 31.VIII. 1990, 1 male, 1 female, leg. Merz (ETHZ, MHNG). Myopites stylatus (Fabricius, 1794) — All specimens from Hungary under this name belong to M. apicatus (see preceding species). M. stylatus must therefore be deleted from the list of Hungarian Tephritidae. Urophora aprica (Fallén, 1814) — The only reliable literature record of this species from Hungary was given by Bálás and Mihályi (1959), who reared 2 males, 1 female from Centaurea cyanus, collected at Csenger in 20.VIII.1953 (HNHM). All other specimens reared from Centaurea sadleriana (Aczél 1940, Bálás and Mihályi, op. cit.) and those of Mihályi (1959) in the HNHM were re-examined. They belong to Urophora lopholomae. Additional specimens: Hungary, Budaörs, 16.VII.[18]99, 1 female; Nagykovácsi, 7.V.1952, 1 female, leg. Jermy (HNHM). Urophora lopholomae White et Korneyev, 1989 — The holotype of this species was collected in Budapest. It is a widespread species in Hungary. All former records of U. aprica (Bálás and Mihályi 1959, Mihályi 1959) (except for the sample reared from Centaurea cyanus from Csenger, see Bálás and Mihályi 1959) belong to U. lopholomae. Additional specimens. Hungary: Budaörs, Odvas-h., 18.VI.1991, 2 males, 5 females, leg. Merz; ANP, Jósvafő, 20.VI.1991, 2 females, leg. Merz; KNP, Fülöpháza, 22.VI.1991, 2 males, 1 female, leg. Merz; Lake Velence West, Monument, 23.VI. 1991, 2 females, leg. Merz; Balatonkenese, 24.VI. 1991, 4 females, leg. Merz (ETHZ, MHNG). Urophora manni (Hendel, 1927) — Mihályi (1959) identified one female from Budapest, Csatárka, 28.V.1931, leg. Szelényi as U. manni (HNHM). However, I dissected the genitalia and found, that the specimen is U. lopholomae. White and Korneyev (1989) studied the type of U. manni and concluded that it is a junior synonym of U. terebrans. The name U. manni should be therefore deleted from the list of Hungarian Tephritidae. Urophora spoliata (Haliday, 1838) — For the first time mentioned from Hungary by Merz (1994) based on numerous specimens from Lake Velence: Hungary, Lake Velence West, Monument, 31.VIII. 1990, leg. Merz; 23.VI.1991; some specimens emerged also from flowerheads of Serratula tinctoria, ex pupa 26.VI-6.VII. 1991, leg. Merz (ETHZ, HNHM, MHNG). Urophora terebrans (Loew, 1850) — According to White and Korneyev (1989), U. approximata (Hering) and U. eriolepidis (Loew) are junior synonyms of U. terebrans. A re-examination of the specimens in the HNHM under these two names (see Aczél 1940 and Mihályi 1959, for localities) confirmed, that all Hungarian specimens belong to U. terebrans. Noeeta bisetosa Merz, 1992 — New for Hungary: Bükk-hegys., Miskolc: Garadna v., 22.V.1955, 1 male, leg. M. Reskovits (HNHM). This is the first record of this species outside Switzerland. Campiglossa absinthii (Fabricius, 1805) — New for Hungary. Bakony-hg.: Vinye, 1 EVIL 1973, 1 male, leg. Bajza-L.Papp; KNP, Ócsa: Kisturjánosok, 2 EVI. 1980, 1 male, leg. Draskovits; Balatonederics: csatornapart, 3 EVIL 1987, 1 male, leg. L. Papp; Mátraiig, Mátraszentimre, 26.VII.1980, 1 male, leg. Mihályi (HNHM); Zádorfalva, 280 m, 20.VI.1991, 9 males, 4 females, leg. Merz (ETHZ, NHMG). Campiglossa misella (Loew, 1869) — New for Hungary. Tihany: nyugati part, 6.VI.1958, 1 female, leg. Mihályi; Tihany, Szúnyog program, 12/2, 1 male; Keszthely Kontrol, Szúnyog program no. 6, 1977, 1 female; Aranyosgadány, 29.III.1978, 1 male,
