Histiostoma farghali sp. n. (Figs 29-35) Measurements — Length: 97-144 pm, breadth: 91-118 pm. Habitus: Propodosoma nearly triangular in outline, prodorsum hardly projecting, otherwise body obovoid. Dorsal side (Fig. 29): Prodorsal surface anteriorly and laterally with convexly concave line decurrent parallel with the body surface. Inner pair of prodorsal setae slightly shorter than the outer one and set in front of them. Dorsosejugal region with striation. Hysterosomal setae short and simple. Surface of hysterosoma smooth. Gnathosoma (Fig. 31): Infracapitulum oblong, wide, palpi scarcely distinct, solenidia normal, thick basally, but uncinately arcuate apically. Ventral side (Fig. 30): Apodemes thick, ap.sa and ap 2 short, terminating free, far from sejugal apodemes. Latter laterally thick and medially fused with ap.sp; ap 2 and ap.sej. unseparable. A closed mesh formed by ap v ap.sp and ap 4 . Epimeres 1, 3 and 4 each bearing large suckers. Adhering plate also large, occupying entire body surface between and behind legs IV.
