Triaspis semiareola sp. n. 2 (Figs 52-61) Material examined (12) — Female holotype: Uganda, Mujenje, August 1913, leg. "Katona" = K. Kittenberger. - Holotype is deposited in the Hungarian Natural History Museum (Department of Zoology), Budapest, Hym. Typ. No. 7876. Etymology — The species name "semiareola" refers to the incomplete areola basalis of the propodeum. Description of the female holotype — Body 2.4 mm long. Antenna as long as head, mesosoma and first tergite combined and with 19 antennomeres. Flagellomeres 1-2 equal in length and 3.75 times as long as broad apically each; further flagellomeres progressively shortening so that penultimate flagellomere subcubic, i.e. just longer than broad. - Head in dorsal view (Fig. 52) transverse, 1.85 times as broad as long, eye somewhat longer than temple, temple rather strongly rounded, occiput hardly excavated. Ocelli small and elliptic, forming a high triangle, POL = OOL. Clypeus three times as wide as high, its lower margin convex (Fig. 53). Eye in lateral view 1.9 times as high as wide, temple beyond eye evenly wide and a bit wider than eye (Fig. 54). Head polished. Face hairpunctured, interspaces greater than punctures. Mesosoma in lateral view 1.25 times as long as high. Precoxal suture narrow, crenulate. Propodeum carinated, areola basalis incomplete, along carinae rugulose-uneven, postero-laterally with a pair of small tubercules, otherwise smooth and shiny (Fig. 55). - Hind femur somewhat thick, 3.1 times as long as broad medially (Fig. 56). Hind tarsal claw as in Fig. 57. Fore wing about as long as body. Pterostigma (Fig. 58) 2.6 times as long as wide and issuing r from its middle, r just shorter than half width of pterostigma, 1-R1 somewhat shorter than and 2-R1 half as long as length of pterostigma and approaching tip of wing. Carapace as long as mesosoma, in dorsal view (Fig. 59) 1.65 times as long as broad at second tergite. Pair of keels extending to basal half of first tergite. Tergites 1-2 equal in length, third tergite shorter than second tergite. Sutures 1-2 distinct (Fig. 59). Carapace in lateral view three times as long as high (Fig. 60, see arrows). Tergites densely punctate, punctures arranged longitudinally (Fig. 59). Hind margin of third tergite rounded (Fig. 61). Ovipositor sheath as long as body. Head and mesonotum + scutellum black, mesosoma and carapace brownish black. Scape, pedicel and flagellomeres 1-2 dark rusty brown, rest of flagellomeres darkening to brownish black. Clypeus and palpi yellowish, tegula brown. Ground colour of legs reddish yellow, coxae brownish, hind tibia apically and hind tarsus brownish fumous. Wings hyaline, pterostigma and veins light brown. Male and host unknown. Distribution: Uganda (Ethiopian Region). The new species, Triaspis semiareola sp. n., is nearest to T daci (Szépligeti, 1911) (Republic of South Africa, Zaire, Ethiopia, Spain) considering their common features as
