places (in specimen from Ürgün), interspaces among punctures on frons, on thorax nearly mat (Ürgün), not shining as are usually; the smooth polished area on thorax postero-laterally large (Ürgün) and not nearly entirely punctured as usually; the wrinkles of mesopleuron above the middle coxa hardly developed (in femoralis holotype) or missing (Ürgün); F-I about 2.3 times as long as wide (Ürgün), not 3.3 times as long as wide (allotype); the split between scutellum and postscutellum distinctly shorter (in allotype antakyensis or in holotype femoralis). Colour of head and thorax largely violet (Rhodos and Turkey), in some specimens bluish green (Rossia, Ürgün) and mesonotum dark bluish green, scutellum and postscutellum purple-violet (!) dissimilarly to the head and pronotum, which are black with greenish and bluish tints (Taygetos)". These small differences do not give sufficient grounds for the separation of the species. Page 42: Cleptes scutellaris Mocsáry, 1890. To the end of Specimen examined: instead of „13", correctly „14", completed with „Turkey: Gürün 3. 6. 1970 Türkey leg Gusenleitner", 9 „ Type Cleptes scutellaris gürünensis det.Lins.76", „Holotypus C. scut, gürünensis Lins, des Móczár 1998", 19 (Luzern). In a new paragraph to insert: „The colour of body is rather similar to C. anceyi Buysson, but less metallic highlights on abdomen posteriorly, only with red and blue small metallic spots on T-III-IV laterally. Punctures also differ: with rather even punctures similar to I—II, resembling C. kusdasicus Móczár, not differently punctured (as in C. anceyi) and not very dense, partly double punctures (as on scutellaris). Pronotum and scutellum flame red, at most scutellum with golden reflections posteriorly, not green with more or less golden tints. MS 1.4 MOD long, Ped 2.1 ; F-I 2.1 as long as wide, T-II 1.1 times, F—III times as long as wide". Page 42: Cleptes semiatrus Linsenmaier, 1968. After Specimen examined: completed with „1 9". „Israel: Sharon Palestine ? 19 leg Geloni", „9 Type Cleptes Ltr. semiatrus Lins. Linsenmaier det 1963", „Holotypus Cleptes semiatrus des. Móczár 1998", 1 9 (Ebikon). In a new paragraph to insert as follows." The main characters given in key. Scape and Ped partly brown, F-I dark brown (not yellowish brown as in C. nitidulus Fabricius). With brownish line on vertex, pronotum, on mesopleuron below tegulae. Body colour darker than in C. nitidulus. Clypeus slightly wider, lateral sides diverging apically. MS 0.8 MOD long. Ped 2.6 times as long as wide, F-I 2.4 times, F-II 1.1 times, F—III 1.2 times as long as wide. Pronotum and mesonotum with deeper and coarser punctures similar to C. nitidulus. Propodeal corners right angled, without a short spine. T-I nearly impunctate. T-III-IV with remarkable double punctures" (cf. Fig. 10 Móczár 1998). REFERENCES Móczár, L.
