Map 1. Collecting spots. 1 = Collection spot at Lake Balaton (UTM XM78). 2 = The location where I caught mature individuals of Tetragnatha reimoseri (UTM CS78). 3 = The first occurrence of Tetragnatha shoshone in Hungary (Sander 1986) (UTM DT87). 4 = The first collection of Glyphesis taoplesius in Hungary by Loksa (1981) (UTM FU03) using a torchlight (Table 1, samples II—III). In systematics and taxonomy I follow the works Wunderlich 1969, Heimer and Nentwig 1991, Uhl et al. 1992 and Blick et al. 1993. RESULTS Spiders of 8 families, 17 genera and 22 species were collected (Table 1). The total number of collected spiders was 152 (44 females, 30 males and 78 juveniles). Despite of restricted sampling, some species of greater interest have been found, of which I am going to give a short account hereunder. Tetragnatha shoshone Levi, 1981 - The occurrence of this rare Tetragnatha species in Europe was reported by Uhl et al. (1992) quite recently. They reported four collection spots in Europe for this species, originally described from North America by Levi. Besides the individuals found in Germany and Rumania, they provide data on two females collected in Tiszafüred, Hungary (Sander leg., 27. VII. 1986) (Map 1). In the course of my own collections, I caught - by using a torchlight - one female (5 August 1993) as well as a male specimen (10 August 1994) at night from reeds standing in water. Tetragnatha reimoseri (Rosea, 1939) (syn. Eucta kaestneri Crome, 1954; 1=Eucta lutescens Lendl, 1886). - The Hungarian data on the occurrence of this Tetragnatha
