Two relatively worn male specimens were collected at light in a narrow brook valley near to Chuncheon (No. 1642). Antivaleria viridimacula (Graeser, [1889] 1888) Blepharita arnica ussuriensis Sheljuzhko, 1919 Mniotype melanodonta (Hampson, 1906) M. satura ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775) Conistra albipuncta (Leech, 1889) *C. filipjevi Kononenko, 1978 - The species was discovered in the Primorye territory of the Russian Far East, no subsequent records are published. C. ardescens (Butler, 1879) - The species is known from only a few specimens collected in the central part of Korea; it had a mass flight of freshly emerged specimens in the first days of November in the Paekun-san mountains. C. grisescens Draudt, 1950 C.fletcheri Sugi, 1958 *C. castaneofasciata (Motschulsky, 1860) - This eastern Palaearctic species is still unrecorded from Korea, it is also found by Kononenko (1994, in press) in the collection of the Center of Insects Systematics, Chuncheon. Our specimens were collected in warm, rocky forests at relatively low altitudes of the northern regions of the country. * 'Agrochola' evelina (Butler, 1879) - The species is recorded firstly from Korea, three males were collected by sugar baits in the Mts Paekun-san. 'Agrochola' albimacula Kononenko, 1978 - The generic position of the species is under discussion (Hacker, Kononenko, Owada, Yoshimoto, pers. comms). It has been recently recorded from Korea (Ronkay & Park 1993); the species was found only in low numbers although it was one of the frequent mid-autumnal noctuids in North Korea in October, 1987. Agrochola vulpecula (Lederer, 1857) Telorta acuminata (Butler, 1878) T. edentata (Leech, 1889) 77. divergens (Butler, 1879) Xanthia togata (Esper, 1788) X. icteritia (Hufnagel, 1766) X. tigrina Kononenko, 1978 - The species was first recorded from Korea by Ronkay & Park (1993), it is one of the typical members of the early autumnal Noctuidae fauna. Only a very worn female specimen was collected at light (No. 1665). AMPHIPYRINAE (Orthogonia sera Felder & Felder, 1862) {Amphipyra schrenkii Ménétries, 1859)
