S. Mahunka szerk.: Folia Entomologica Hungarica 55. (Budapest, 1994)

KERORGILUS Van Achterberg, 1985 Van Achterberg (1985) created this genus on the basis of a unique feature within the entire braconid family: clypeus with a pair of latero-dorsal processus partly covering the tentorial pits in facial view. Up to now the genus is represented by two species of which one occurs in Hungary, too (Van Achterberg 1985). Kerorgilus zonator (Szépligeti, 1896) - Localities - II/l: 1 Ç : Budapest, Budafok. 1 d : Budapest, Farkas-völgy. 2 Ç Ç + 5 dd : Budapest, Gellért-hegy. - VI/4 (Serbia): 1 d : Deliblát (= Deliblato). - IV, VI-VII. ORGILUS Haliday, 1833 Thirty-two Orgilus species are listed in the fauna of Hungary, i.e. 41% of the Palaearctic species were found in our country (the full number of the Orgilus species of the world counts 215). Presumably the future faunistic exploration of Hungary will increase this number with further species new to our fauna and perhaps with new species to science, too. As already mentioned many species had been recently described by A. Taeger (1989) from Hungary, their type-series are deposited in the Hungarian Natural History Museum (Budapest); their supplementary inventory numbers (Hym. Typ. No.) at the respective species are given in an abbreviated form as "No.". A few paratype specimens were retained for the collection of the Deutsches Entomologisches Institut in Eberswalde which are indicated at the respective species as "in Eberswalde". Orgilus achterbergi Taeger, 1989 - Although the species was discovered recently it is known from twelve countries in Europe. Localities -1/1: 1 Ç (paratype, No. 7566; "Orgilus laevigator Nees" det. Szépligeti): Budapest, Mátyásföld. -III/3 (Transylvania): 1 Ç (paratype, No. 7567): Lupény (= Lupeni).-VI. Orgilus asper Taeger, 1989 - The single Hungarian male specimen was determined by A. Taeger in 1986 as "asper sp. n. d cf." The locality of the holotype is in Jordánia. Locality - 1 d (det. Taeger): Keszthely. - VIIJ. Orgilus asperrimus Taeger, 1989 - So far known only from the type locality in Hungary. Locality - 1/1: 1 Ç (holotype, No. 7568): Csévharaszt, Betuletutn, taken with Malaise-trap. - VI. Orgilus brevicaudis Taeger, 1989 - Besides the Hungarian localities listed from northern Italy. Localities - II/l : 1 d (paratype, No. 7571): Budakeszi, Hársbokor-hegy, 2 IX 1953, leg. Bajári. 1 ? (paratype, in Eberswalde): Budapest, Nagysvábhegy. 1 d : Budapest, Zugliget. 1 ? (holotype, No. 7569): Csákvár, Hajdúvágás (Vértes Mts), 2 VIII 1961, leg. Kaszab. 1 d (paratype, No. 7570): Nagykovácsi, Remete-hegy, 24 VIII 1954, leg. Bajári. - VI/1: 3 Ç Ç + 1 d : Nagyharsány, Szársomlyó. - VI, VITI-IX. Orgilus capeki Taeger, 1989 - Localities of this species are listed in seven European countries.
