the end of cua cell. Small brownish-black marks at distal end of wax-field and at the end of c cell. Orange is marked with transverse striation in Fig. 765 and brownish with oblique dashes. Length M 3.4, F 3.3-3.5 mm. Comparison. Male genitalia seem to resemble those of G. linguplata Thapa in shape of pygofer process (Fig. 769, 770), connective (Fig. 768) and paramere proportions (Fig. 762). But paramere in the new species is shorter when compared with the subgenital plate (Fig. 767) and only slightly arcuate. Subgenital plate in the new species sharply narrowing in apical half (Fig. 767), long, narrow peg-like setae (3 and 4 in the single male) in thickly packed row near the very apex (Figs 761, 766). Lower (dorsal) penis appendages very big, bifurcated, the upper (lateral) ones fused to the membraneous terminal part (Figs 763, 764). Basal abdominal apodemes narrow, parallel-sided, reaching end of segment 5 (Fig. 759). Remarks. The new species is named in honour of Mrs. Kalyani Thapa, the Herbarium Curator of the Forestry Department of the Government of Sikkim. Guheswaria linguplata Thapa 1 M, Sikkim, Rumtek, 1700 m, lamp domes, 1990,1. Dworakowska. Labrangia gen. n. Type-species: Labrangia nigra sp. n. Head and thorax proportions (Fig. 779) as in Opamata Dwor. Face narrow, anteclypeus elongated. Wings shape and venation (Figs 782, 783) as in Opamata but apical part of fore wing elongated; apical part of hind wing broaderand and bifurcation of CuA shifted apicad in relation to MP". Male genitalia resemble several genera of Farynala Dwor. complex. Genital capsule cylindrical. Subgenital plate exceeding caudal extreme of pygofer and segment 10 (Fig. 771). Segment 10 desclerotized ventrally and dorsally, sclerotized caudo-dorsally on a very narrow bridge between sclerotized lateral parts. Pygofer lobe (Figs 774, 775) narrowing caudad, bearing oblique sclerotized ledge; ventral part of pygofer with 3-4 long macrosetae more caudad and very particular long thick stump-like macrosetae of broadened abrupt apices on cephalic part; a group of 5-10 rigid microsetae on the produced part of dorso-caudal angle; sculpture abundant ventrally and caudally; desclerotizations at hind margin, at dorso-caudal angle dorsally and on the disk as indicated by interrupted lines. Subgenital plate broad basally, narrowing apicad, pigmented at apex (Fig. 776); one solid macroseta basally, about 20 short thickened microsetae in double and single row at apex, and a few very small feeble microsetae in between (Fig. 773). Paramere (Figs 772, 776) with comparatively solid caudal part bearing on its dorsal (lateral) margin two rows of thin setae that differ in size and a few sensory pits on ventral margin. Connective (Figs 776, 778) lamellate, sclerotized only at sides and at cephalic margin. Penis (Figs 780, 781) asymmetrical, dilated laterad, partly membraneous, dorsal apodeme biarmate.
