Usharia tama sp. n. (Figs 199-203) Type material. - Holotype male: Sikkim, Rumtek, 1700 m, lamp domes, 1990, I. Dworakowska (in SMTD). - Paratypes: 4 M, same data as the holotype (in SMTD, NMNH, HNHM). Yellow, sometimes pronotum orange centrally. Most of specimens damaged. Length M 2.3 mm. Comparison. Male genitalia resemble those of U. mata Dwor. but lower pygofer extension is lobate, not sclerotized and protruding slightly more caudad than the sclerotized process of the upper extension (Fig. 203). Anal tube appendage bluntly terminated while in the previous species it is pointed. Penis stem curved in U. tama (Fig. 199), together with its appendage slimmer than in U. mata, its ventral margin slightly serrated in caudal half while in U. mata it is straight and sculptured on dorso-lateral surface. ERYTHRONEURINI Ahmedra decorata sp. n. (Figs 204-215) Type material. - Holotype male: Sikkim, Pelling, 2000 m, shrubs, 11. III. 1991, I. Dworakowska (in SMTD). - Paratypes: 2 F, same data as the holotype; 1 F, Landrung, 1800-2000 m, forest, 8. HI. 1991,1. Dworakowska. (in SMTD and NMNH). Body form as in A. distincta Dwor. Head and pronotum yellowish, in male hind part of pronotum brownish-grey. Two blackish patches at sides of vertex (Fig. 204), in male these patches join the blackish patches mesad of lower part of lateral frontal sutures. A narrow brown streak in midline of frontoclypeus (Fig. 210). Lower 2/3 of anteclypeus and antennae slightly infuscated. Scutum and scutellum blackish-brown. In female brownish-grey infuscation of pronotum restricted to its very sides, colouration lighter and all dark patches smaller. Fore wing of male (Fig. 212) infuscated on clavus, broad and rounded terminally; that of female lighter and obliquely abrupt at outer margin (Fig. 211). Wax-field blackish. Length M 3.65 mm, F 3.80-4.00 mm. Comparison Male genitalia differ from those of A. distincta by pygofer lobe broad and terminally serrated (Figs 205, 214), absence of small toth on segment 10 and by penis structure.
