Matsumurama ynigrum sp. n. (Figs 167-176) Type material. - Holotype male: Sikkim, Rumtek, 1700 m, lamp domes, 1990, I. Dworakowska (in SMTD). - Paratypes: 4 M, same data as the holotype (in SMTD, NMNH and HNHM). Ochre-yellowish with brown to blackish-brown pattern as in Fig. 169. In lighter specimens face sordid brownish, patches below bases of light beige antennae, dark brown; anteclypeus dark brown with light central streak in its upper part and broad dark brown central streak on frontoclypeus. In dark specimens almost whole frontoclypeus brownishblack. Side of pronotum brownish-black in side view. Central brownish-black streak on vertex joins the one on frontoclypeus and brownish pattern on vertex, continuing on pronotum as an inverted Y-shape mark bordering light brown centre of pronotum and its milky grey hind margin (Fig. 169). Scutum and scutellum blackish-brown except yellow anterior angles of scutum and light line between these parts. Fore wing beige with yellow suffussion in basal 2/3. Wax-field and costal margin basad of it, blackish-brown; commissural margin of clavus dark brown. Often wing membrane slightly infuscated leaving transverse veins and veins adjacent to them lighter, 4th apical cell sordid brownish (Fig. 170). Abdominal sternites blackish. Length M 4.8-5.1 mm. Comparison. Very similar to M. euonymi Thapa but about 1 mm longer, much darker and genital structure different. Penis stem of the present species (Figs 167, 168) slimmer, dentifer broader than remaining of the caudal part of paramere (Fig. 171) and ventral appendage of pygofer tapering, sinuate, adorned with oblique twisted furrows (Fig. 174). In M. euonymi penis stem shorter and thicker, paramere rather robust and ventral pygofer appendage short and lobate, tapering only at apex and adorned with hair-like spines. Sikkimasca gen. n. Type-species: Sikkimasca annulata sp. n. Head with eyes broader than maximum width of pronotum (Fig. 190). Eyes large. Proportions of body (Figs 179, 180, 182, 190) resemble those of Ifugoa Dwor et Pawar. Frontoclypeus short and narrow. Fore wing narrow (Fig. 182), venation resembles that of Dayus Mahmood but 1st and 2nd apical cells narrowing apicad. Hind wing resembles that of Ifugoa but AA joins ambient vein more apicad (Fig. 183). Genital capsule narrow and high (Fig. 178). Dorsal bridge broad but desclerotized on large area caudad. Pygofer provides articulation with anal tube through its extending upper lobe; one stout microseta on the lobe. Terminal part elongated, bearing numerous long stout microsetae, supported by almost vertical ledge at its base and by ventral appendage; two other ledges more cephalad (Fig. 184). Basal apodeme of pygofer narrow, long. Anal tube with short process bearing a few sensory pits subterminally. "Upper connective" membraneous laterad at its joining with the anal tube. Subgenital plate exceeding pygofer (Fig. 178), broad basally (Fig. 181), articulated to narrow, triangular 9 sternite (Fig. 185). Setosity (Fig. 177) consists of the basal group of a few long, stout, bluntly terminated setae arranged in a single row subbasally, scarcely distributed small marginal microsetae, thin and relatively short
