Pronotum transverse quadrangular, 1.2-1.3 times wider than long, widest at middle, arcuately narrowing toward apex and base; basal margin arched; posterior angles rounded. Reticulation and punctuation of pronotum similar to those of head. Hairs of pronotum directed rearwards at longitudinal midline and directed obliquely rearwards and toward lateral margin elsewhere. Inclined lateral margin of pronotum not visible at lateral aspect. Elytra approximately parallel-sided, longer than pronotum; suture as long as pronotum. Surface of elytra with obsolescent, imbricated sculpture; reticulation and punctuation as those of pronotum. Posterior margin of elytra almost straight; outer posterior angles emarginate. Abdomen somewhat narrowing posteriorly; tergites with obsolescent, imbricated sculpture; reticulation indistinct, particularly at median longitudinal line; punctuation and pubescence scattered. Abdominal tergites III—IV with transversal impression at base. Posterior margin of tergite VII narrowly bordered by a pellicle. Posterior margin of tergite and sterrtite VIII almost straight, barely emarginate. Legs moderately long; tarsal formula: 4, 5, 5. Middle and hind tarsi elongated, nearly as long as tibia, with basal segment subequal in length to segments II and III combined. Spermatheca: Fig. 1. Length: 2.7 mm. Type material: holotype (female): Hung., Heves m., Eger, Szőlőcskepuszta, 300 m, fűhálózás [netting on grass level], 1978. VII. 5., leg. Ádám L. and Hámori E.
