Fore wing of male dark grey-brownish with apical 1st and 2nd cells and cua and m cells lighter. Wax-field dark brown. In female fore wing largely brown with light (almost white) streak occupying basal part of eu and narrowing apicad along CuA (Fig. 164). Length 6 5 2.3-2.6 mm. Male genital apparatus resembles E. (s.str.) quarto. Dworakowska, very much, dif­fering by slimmer and longer upper appendages at pygofer (Figs 165-168, 171) and by penis structure. The dorsal appendage at penis in the new species is divided on a shorter distance than in E. quarta and the branches diverge to a lesser deg­ree.
