In male genital apparatus the most characteristic is slim tubular penis stem with long subapical lateral processes slightly curved in an arch when seen from side (Fig. 123), apical extension of paramere longer than the subapical one (Figs 120, 122) and slightly arcuate fine upper pygofer process (Figs 125-127). Holotype male and paratypes 2 ó*ó*, 1 2, India, HP, Kangra, Ranital, Acacia catechu, 10. IX. 1986, J. S. Mann. (Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, India). This species externally resembles H. pscoviridis (Ramakrishnan, et Menon) very much.
