A check-list of the Hungarian Neuropteroidea (Megaloptera, Raphidioptera, Planipennia) By Gy. Sziráki, L. Abraham, F. Szentkirályi and Z. Papp (Received August 1, 1990) A check-list of the Hungarian Neuropteroidea (Megaloptera, Raphidioptera, Planipennia). - Present paper contains all of the 125 Hungarian Neuropteroidea species determined or re-examined by the authors, and gives the regions where they were collected in Hungary. The Aleuropteryx umbraia Zeleny, Sisyra jutlandica Petersen, Wesmaelius malladai (Navas), Wesmaelius tjederi (Kimmins), Nineta guadarramensis (Pictet), Nineta carinthiaca (Holzel), Mallada zelleri (Schneider), Chrysoperla mediterranea (I lölzel) and Mymieleon bore (Tjeder) have not been reported from Hungary before. The last revisional work on Hungarian Neuropteroidea (Steinmann 1967) contains a rather large number of invalid names and faunistical data. On the other hand, many Planipennia species were found in Hungary since 1967 (Újhelyi 1978, 1979, 1981, Sziráki 1979, 1985, 1989, 1990). The present list contains all the Hungarian Neuropteroidea species which were determined or re- examined by the authors, and which have representations in the collections of the Hungarian Natural History Museum (Budapest), Museum of Somogy County (Kaposvár), Research Institute of Plant Protection (Budapest), Janus Pannonius Museum (Pécs), Bakony Natural History Museum (Zirc), Savaria Museum (Szombathely), Mátra Museum (Gyöngyös) and in Myrmeleonidae collection of Zoltán Papp. One of the listed species, Chrysopa hungarica Klapalek 1899, is absent from the material examined by authors, however, this check-list contains it, because this species was described from Hungary (Budapest, Farkas-völgy). Those species, which have not been reported from Hungary before, are marked with an asterisk (*) in the list. For the synonymized names which were used by Steinmann (1967) see the monograph of Aspöck et al. (1980> Megaloptera Sialidae Sialis lutaria (Linnaeus, 1758) - I, II, III, IV, V, VI., VII, VIII 1 Sialis morio Klingstedt, 1932 - III, IV. Sialis fuliginosa Pictet, 1836 - III, IV, VL The Roman numbers show the regions where the listed species is present within Hungary. For meaning of numbers see Fig. 1.
