FOLIA ENTOMOLOGICA HUNGARICA ROVARTANI KÖZLEMÉNYEK LI 1990 5-16 Additional data on the Heteroptera fauna of the Kiskunság National Park By B. AUKEMA (Received May 11, 1990) ABSTRACT: 280 species of Heteroptera collected in 1988 and 1989 in the Kiskunság are listed. 66 species are recorded for the first time from this area, of which the mirids Phytocoris austriacus, Pilophorus simulans , Campylomma annulicorne and Tuponia hippophaes, the anthocorid Amphiareus obscuriceps , the lygaeid Kleidocerys pri- vignis and the cydnid Canthophorus mixtus are new to the Hungarian fauna as well. A. obscuriceps is recorded for the first time from the West Palearctic region. INTRODUCTION The Kiskunság National Park is situated on the Danube-Tisza Mid-Region and comprises six distinct nature reserves and twelve so-called conservation areas {Mahunka, 1985). Since its establishment in 1975 the heteropterous fauna has been intensively studied between 1977 and 1980. The results are given in a review by Bakonyi and N Vásárhelyi (1987), listing 377 species of 32 families. They however excluded the families Anthocoridae and Miridae (in part) from their list . During short stays in 1988 and 1989 the author was able to collect Heteroptera in the area of the National Park. The following sites were visited: - Tőserdő és Lakiteleki- Holt-Tisza: a dead arm of the river Tisza bordered by a gallery forest and surrounding inundation area. - Kiskunsági szikes puszta: saline grasslands near Kunszentmiklós and Dömsöd ( Apajpuszta). - Kiskunsági szikes tavak: saline lakes. A saline meadow near Fülöpszállás and the surroundings of the Borda-tanya were explored . - Fülöphá-zaí homokbuckák: sand-dune region at Fülöpháza. Excursions were made 'to the calcareous sandy area. - Bugac buckavilága és a homokpuszta: dunes, sandy grassland and juniper woodland at Bugac. - A sandy sunexposed roadside near Szabadszállás with a lot of mediterranean elements . - The vicinity of Kecskemét, Nyárlőrinc and Lakitelek, not in the territory of the National Park but on Kiskunság and representing urban, rural and riverside landscape respectively. The results are given in the following list of species, generally following the sequence of those of Bakonyi and Vásárhelyi Í 1987). Species marked with an asterisk (&) are new to the Hungarian fauna and species marked with a plus (+) are not on the current list.
