Besides the features given in the original de­scription of the subgenus I consider the tickened u' seta on tarsus IV as an important character. One interlocking triangle present, No genital setae before suture kag . Palp 3-segmented with the following setal formula: 1-2-7+1. Legs monodactylous, with strongly reduced chaetotaxy. (Leg Is 1-3-4+2-4+1-12+3-1; Leg IV: 2-1-0-2+1-9-1.) Solenidia of tarsus II without coupled seta. Seta d on tibia IV short, coupled with solenidium. Genu IV with­out solenidium (and seta).
