a Ménes-völgyben (Szögliget* 2 j és 2 6 példányát gyűjtötte 1987. máj. 9-én Podlussány Attila. További egy o példányát gyűjtöttük a Pilis-hegységben Pap-réten (Dunabogdány) 1987. máj. 20-án az Anthoxanthum odoratum kalászából. Collecting data of five thrips species new to the fauna of Hungary is given: Bagnalliella yuccae Hinds, Chirothrips ruptipennis Priesner, Haplothrips arenarius Priesner, Oxy- thrips dentatus Knechtel, Rhaphidothrips longistyloBUs Uzel. Five species of Thysanoptera new for the Hungarian fauna are listed together with locality and other pertaining data. Bagnalliella yuccae Hinds was collected by R.zur Strassen on Yucca filamentosa in the Kiskunság National Park at Bugac, later by the author at Agárd, Nyírbátor and Szatymaz. Chirothrips ruptipennis Priesner was collected by A. Podlussány in the Bakony Mountains at Kék-hegy. Haplothrips arenarius Priesner was found on Helichrysum arenarium in the Kiskunság National Park at Fülöpháza. Oxythrips dentanus Knechtel males, females and larvae were found on flowers of Xeranthemum annuum at Budapest on the Tétény-plateau. Rhaphidothrips longistylosus Uzel was collected by A.
