Male: Fore wing 2.6 mm long. Head almost parallel behind eyes (Flg. 1). Frons and vertex mat, not punctured. Distance between eye and lateral ocelus as long as an ocellar diameter. An­tenna as long as fore wing, flagellum 21-segmented. First segment 3.7 times as long as wide. Face moderately densely punctured, strongly transversal, with almost parallel eyes orbitae. Cly­peus indistinctly separated, slightly convex, with almost right lower edge. Cheek short and mat, 0,6 times as long as basal width of mandible. Mesonotum, mesopleuron and metapleuron densely and coarsely punctured, notaulix beyond middle of mesonotum. Sternaulix weak. Prepectal carina reaching front edge of mesopleuron about 2 Figs 1-2.
