S. Mahunka szerk.: Folia Entomologica Hungarica 47/1-2. (Budapest, 1986)

Remarks. The new species is well characterized by the form of the sensillus the areae porosáé and the ratio of the prodorsal setae. On this basis it belongs to the capucinus-group and stands nearest to X. semiundus Hammer. 1971. The latter is distinguished from the new specie by the shorter notogastral setae and by the presence of the translamellar line. Pergalumna sulcatomarginata sp.n. Measurements. - Length: 631-697 urn, width: 483-533 urn. Prodorsum. Rostral and lamellar setae thin, setiform, smooth. Rostral setae arising near to the rostral margin, lamellar setae near to line L (Fig. 45). Interlamellar setae slightly longer and stronger than the preceading ones, ciliate. Sensillus also setiform, short, bilaterally ciliate. Notogaster: Dorsosejugal suture absent medially. Areae porosae sejugales reduced, surface smooth.
