Xylobates diani sp.n. Measurements. - Length: 434-542 um, width: 266-328 p.m. Prodorsum: Rotrum conical. Lamellae well developed, lamellar setae arising on their truncate cuspis. Prelamellar setae absent, tutorium short, but well observable. Rostral setae arising laterally, without basal chitinous thickening (Fig. 38). Ratio of prodorsal setae: in le ro. All setae well ciliate. Sensillus typically reclinate, long with short but well dilate head (Fig. ). Notogaster: Dorsosejugal suture lowly arched. Notogastral surface without sculpture. Ten pairs of short setae and four pairs of areae porosae present: Aa much larger than the others. Pteromorphae tongue -shaped . Coxisternal region: Epimeral surface ornamented by polygonal reticulation. Three pairs of apodemes visible, ap. sej. ending near to the genital apertures, ap. 2 and ap. 3 short (Fig. 41). Epimeral borders weakly observable, pedotecta 2-3 (Fig. 40) divided in two parts, setae 3c originating between them. Discidium flat, with a longitudinal crest. Figs 29-30.
