Apex bursae with a sclerotized, sac-like emergence, corpus bursae elliptical with two long and strong and a short, fine, ribbon like signa. The configuration of the female genitalia of reisseri differs from senex (Geyer, 1828) (Fig. 44) with the longer and much more serrated ductus bursae, the rounded proximal appendage - in case of the senex this appendage a wider lamina, - with a stronger margin on one side of it. The structure of the VIII sternite of reisseri also very characteristic, as - with probable connection of the asymmetry of the valvae of male - the crests and the invagination of it strongly asymmetric (Fig. 43) while in case of senex the last sternite more or less symmetric (Fig. 45).* Acknowledgements. By the study of the male genitalia of specimens of typhoea from the type-locality (Zafferana valley in Etna Region) it was pointed out that typhoea evidently belongs to senex.
