Black, head behind hind ocelli, basis and teeth of mandible, whole prothorax and mesothorax, trochanters, tarsal joints 2-4 largely, coxae to a certain extent, often femora (fore inside largely more on one paratype) and tibiae basally and apically yellowish red; antenna! joints to a small degree brownish red, lower side of antennái joints beginning with 6 pale yellowish brown; abdominal tergites 1, 5-6 posteriorly dark reddish translucent, latter more extensively brownish red. Wings normal, fore wing dark brown infuscated, with basis, a large spot outside of cells and apical margin hyaline. Pterostigma light brown, veins dark brown. Body sparsely covered with light hairs. Head distinctly longer than broad anteriorly (29:25), strongly broadened behind eyes, lateral sides gradually converging backwards (viewed from above), occipital margin here broadly emarginated, head densely punctured, interspaces narrower than punctures and finely shagreened, frontal sulcus shallow; ocelli in an acute angle, POL:OOL = 4:6, outer margins with deep grooves; eye large and convex, hardly as broad as long (8:9), separated from mandible by a distance shorter than its breadth (7:8); anterior margin of clypeus semicircularly protruding and with a very sharp and high keel medially; antenna slightly thickened medially, antennái joint 3 twice longer than 5-6, joints 1-3 slender, at least twice longer than their breadth, 5-6 as long as broad, length (and breadth) proportions of antennái joints 1 - 6 = 12(3): 4.5(2): 6(2.5): 3.5(2.5): 3(3): 3(3), joint 13 nearly as long as 11-12 together. Pronotum broader in front than long medially (17:15, without collar), anterior corners hardly protruding, lateral sides divergent towards tegulae, posterior margin hardly emarginated medially, longitudinal furrow deep but rather narrow, surface with dense and deeper punctures than on head, interspaces very narrow, shagreened. Mesonotum and scutellum smooth with scattered fine punctures, only weakly shining, notaulices deep and sharply margined, parapsidal furrow distinct, longitudinal furrow gradually deepened and broadened towards scutellum. Scutellum with some smaller punctures posteriorly and with distinct longitudinal furrow nearly over its whole length. Mesonotum separated from scutellum by a transverse groove and by a pair of pits beside scutellum. On propodeum all carinae and areas developed, lateral margins parallel, only spines diverging laterally, half of disc rectangular, half diameter transversally before spine as broad as nearly the length medially (11:11-12), spine acute (viewed from above) and slightly rounded (from the side), longer than one-third length of propodeum (4-5:11-12), or latter 2.4 or 2.4-2.7 times (holotype and paratypes) longer than spine; lateral side of propodeum wrinkled diagonally, with a horizontal and a vertical row od foveae along upper and posterior margins of disc and which bordered by carinae towards the wrinkled medial part, these carinae fuse before penetrating into spine. Mesepisternum with dense and shallow punctures. Abdomen smooth, shining, tergite 1 polished, 2 alutaceous basally with scattered fine, nearly distinct punctures medially and laterally, polished and unpunctured in posterior one-quarter part, tergites 3-6 with fine and scattered punctures. Sternite 2 with scattered and distinct punctures. 8 . - Length 3-4.7 mm. Black, teeth of mandibles red, lower side of antenna partly, mouth-
