Measurements.- Length: 380 urn, width: 212 p.m. Dorsal side (Fig. 36): Rostrum blunt, rostral setae arising laterally on small tubercles. La­mellae thin, but well developed, with dilate end, lamellar setae arising on them. Lamellar and in­terlamellar setae nearly equal in length, rostral and exobothridial setae slightly shorter. All setae well ciliate. Sensillus directed outwards. Exobothridial region tuberculate (Fig. 38). Dorsosejugal 'suture well arched anteriorly, reaching forward between bothridial. Ten pairs of compara­tively long, wellciliated notogastral setae and four pairs of round and small area porosae present. Ventral side (Fig. 37): Sternal apodeme absent, apodemes and bordures 2 and the sejugal ones well visible. All epimeral setae finely ciliate; marginal setae stronger and longer than median ones. Genital and aggenital setae short, much shorter and thinner than anal and adanal setae. A­mong the latter setae ad_ arising anteriorly very far from anal plates. Pori iad also in preanal position. Legs: All legs tridactylous. Tibia of leg I with a long process anteriorly, and (p^ origi­nating on it. Material examined: Holotypus (1076-HO-84): S.-Afr. 1.: deposited in the HNHM.
