Remarks: KATAKURA' s (1981) studies made it clear that Epilachna vigintioctomaculata s.l. is a complex of four distinct species, of which the genuine vigintioctomaculata occurs in Korea. The remaining three species are restricted to Japan. Henosepilachna Li and Cook, 1961 was synonymlzed to Epilachna Dejean, 1837 by IABLOKOFF­KHNZORIAN (1980) and RICHARDS (1983), respectively.
