Fouts, there were discovered at least 14 further species having a pronotum more or less angularly produced on the anterior corner. Since most generic characters given by NAGY also apply to these species they can be found also on more species with rounded lateral corners of pronotum. The "angularly produced" corners appear in very different degrees (by way of figs 95, 109, 128 115) and therefore, the Topcoblus species cannot be separated from Sulcomesitius with certainty. In addition, only one species is known by both sexes (S. alluaudl (Kieffer, 1913 ^ 6), whose pronotum Is angularly produced on the male, but rectangular of the female. Therefore, It seems better to include it in Sulcomesitius until the discovery of females showing the same characteristic. Sulcomesitius crassiantennis Móczár, 1976 Sulcomesitius crassiantennis Móczár, 1976: Annls hist.-nat. Mus.natn.hung. 68: 279 ő", figs 1-8 Specimen examined: 1 ó" 1 Wapi (holotype), Laos. - Distribution Illg Laos (MÓCZÁR 1976a). Sulcomesitius cambodlanus Móczár, 1976 Sulcomesitius cambodianus Móczár, 1976: Annls hist.-nat. Mus.natn.hung. 68: 283 6*, figs 15-17 Specimens examined: 1 6 1 Damrey Phong (holotype), Cambodia, 1 ó" Sayaboury (paratype), Laos. - Distribution: Illg. Cambodia, Laos (MÓCZÁR 1976a). Sulcomesitius klbissaensis sp. n. ?, - Length 4.5 mm. Head and thorax yellowish red, excepting eyes, a spot between ocelli, propodeum and abdomen black, antennái joints 1-7, lower side of 8-12 yellowish red, further brown, legs brown, trochanters partly, tibiae basally and apically, as well as tarsi lighter yellowish brown, posterior margins of abdominal tergite dark reddish translucent. Wings normal, fore wings brownish infuscated, only basis and a band outside of cells lighter, pterostigma, veins brown, only near to basis lighter yellowish brown. Body covered with sparse white hairs, antennae with dense and short yellowish red proclinate hairs (fig. 101). Head about as long as broad, including eyes (50 : 52), clearly converging behind eyes (fig. 98), occipital carina rather broadly impressed, frontal sulcus present only near to antennái sockets, surface shagreened, with dense punctures, hardly shining; ocelli in a slightly obtuse angle, hind ocelli separated from each other by a distance three-fourths of that from eyes, POL:OOL = 9:12, outer margins of ocelli with distinct shining grooves; eye convex, longer than broad (21 : 16), separated from mandibles by a distance equal to breadth of scape (8); anterior margin of clypeus semicircularly protruding medially, rounded laterally and raised in a sharp longitudinal ridge medially; antennái joints rather thick (fig. 101), only joints 1 and 13 at least twice longer than broad, 2 only slightly longer than broad, 3-8 about one-third times longer than broad, 2 nearly half as long as 3, joints 4-5 shorter than 6-8 (fig. 101), length (and breadth) proportions of antennái joints 1-13 = 16(8): 7(6): 13(8): 11.5(8): 11.5(8): 12(8): 12(8): 12(7): 11(6): 10(6): 10(6): 9(5): 14(4). Pronotum 1.5 times broader in front than its length medially (39 : 26), anterior corners sharply protruding (fig. 98) owing to a wrinkle emerging on lateral sides and reaching corners, lateral sides concave behind corners and diverging towards tegulae, posterior margin slightly arched, surface shagreened, very deeply and coarsely punctured, punctures larger than those on head, shining longitudinal furrow shortly distinct only in front and just before posterior margin. Mesonotum relatively more finely sculptured, weakly shining with scattered small and with some larger and deeper punctures medially, also laterally (fig. 98), punctures hardly smaller than those on pronotum, parapsidal furrow developed, notaulices very deep and very sharply margined, longitudinal furrow long, narrow. Scutellum shagreened with some scattered minute punctures and with larger deeper punctured (fig. 99), with short and hardly distinct impression in front. Medial length of propodeum about one-fifth shorter than its half breadth (21 : 25), lateral margins slightly convex medially (fig. 99), spines directed outwards, strong and acute (viewed from above and from the side), rather long, about half as long as length of propodeum (11 : 21). All carinae and areas present, sublateral area with fine and dense, lateral area with stronger and sparser transversal wrinkles. Lateral sides of propodeum just along upper margin with a parallel wrinkle not reaching to spine. Episternum coarsely, irregularly and deeply punctured. Abdomen smooth, shining, tergite
