Fig. 23. N. kumgangi sp. n., apex of right elytra. - Fig. 24. N. komarovi Sem. et Zn., anal sternite of female. of short transverse meshes, on lateral area isodiametric. Elytra oblong-oval, slightly convex, 1.58-1.62 times as wide as pronotum, 1.60-1.66 times as long as wide, widest in apical third. Shoulders entirely reduced and not prominent, sides regularly rounded and slightly sinuate before apex, inner margin slightly concave apically (Fig. 23). Basal rand feebly curved and joining lateral one, forming a very obtuse angle. Striae entire, deep, with trace of punctures striae 1 and 2 (some times 3 and 4) joining near basal margin, scutellar striole long. Intervals slightly convex, interval 3 with 3-4 setiferous pores, adjoining stria 3, scutellar pore present, apical carina prominent. Microsculpture consisting of very short transverse meshes. Ventral side smooth, lateral sides of mesothorax and metathorax scarcely punctate, metaepisterna 1.7 times as long as wide, prosternai process not bordered. Abdominal segments 3-5 with one seta on each side of median line, anal sternite with 2 setae in male, 4-5 setae in female on hind margin, sternites 4-6 with impressions laterally. Stylus of female - fig. 20. Legs long and slender, tarsi glabrous from above, fore tarsi of male with 3 dilated segments, segment 4 of hind tarsi strongly produced from beneath at apex (Fig. 17), penultimate segment of fore and middle tarsi protruded apically as a short blade (Fig. 18). Length: 12.3-13.1 mm. Width: 4.8-5.3 mm. Closely related to N. shibanaii Ueno from Japan, but body without metallic lustre, pronotum more cordiform with stronger protruded sharp hind angles, striae almost smooth, intervals less convex. The new species forms, together with N. gibbulosa Mötsch.. N. shibanaii Ueno and some other Japanese species, one natural group within the subgenus Boreonebria Jean.; very likely it is worthy of distinct subgeneric rank. Holotype, cf: Prov. Kangwon, Mts. Kumgang-san, singled, 18.IX. 1980, N 692, leg.: TOPÁL & FORRÓ (in collection of HNHM). Paratypes, 2 ?: Mts. Kymgang-san, 16-18.VI. 1974, N 147 (IZC), (in collection of IZC) Nebria (Eonebria) komarovi Sem. & Zn. Masin-rjong, 34 km W ad Vonsan, 16.IX. 1970, 69/70 (ZIW), leg.: R .BIELAWSKI & M. MROC ZKOWSKI, 5 ex. The specimens correspond quite well with the types in the collection of the Zoological Institute Academy of Sciences, Leningrad, but the penultimate segment of the labial palpi have 3 setae. Apex of aedeagus - figs 7, 8, stylus of female - fig. 22. Anal segment of female is rather characteristic - fig. 24.
