Samdzijon, IX. 1971, N 60 (IZC), leg.: J. PAWLOWSKI, 1 ex. Nebria (Boreonebria) pawlowskii sp. n. Body black, tibiae, tarsi, antennae and palpi dark piceous. Head slightly thickened, with prominent eyes, vertex with faint transverse impression. Frontal furrows very shallow, short and smooth. Micro sculpture of front consisting of very faint, short transverse meshes. Antennae slender, segment 1 longer than segment 3, with 1 seta, segment 2 with 2 setae, segment 3 with 5 setae apically (Fig. 4). Penultimate segment of labial palpi with 3 setae, submentum with a row of 8 setae. Pronotum (Fig. 2) cordiform, moderately convex, 1.29 times as wide as head, 1.44 times as wide as long, rounded at sides and sinuated before acute hind angles, fore angles short and rounded et apex. Lateral sides rather widely flattened and reflexed, transverse impressions sharp, basal foveae narrow and deep, basal area indistinctly punctate. Microsculpture consisting of short transverse meshes. Elytra long and narrow, flattened, 1.56 times as wide as pronotum, 1.64 times as long as wide, widest in apical third. Shoulders rounded, basal border hardly curved, forming with lateral one a very obtuse angle. Striae distinct to apex, practically smooth, intervals hardly convex, interval 3 catenate with 4 large setiferous pores, interval 5 with 1 pore asymetrically.Scutellar pores present, apical carina strongly reduced. Microsculpure consisting of short transverse meshes. Wings entirely reduced. Under surface smooth, mesoepisterna and metaepisterna with sparse faint punctures, metaepisterna 1.7 times as long as wide. Hind coxae and sternites 3-5 unisetose, anal sternite of female with 4 setae on hind margin. Stylus of female - fig. 21. Legs long and slender, tarsi glabrous from above, claws surprisingly short and almost straight (Fig. 19). Length: 9.3 mm, width: 3.5 mm. Holotype, $: Korea, Pektusan, crater, 4.IX. 1971, N 56, leg.: J. PAWLOWSKI (in collection of IZC). The new species is a much specialised representative of the N. subdilatata Mötsch. - N. nivalis Payk. group. From other species of the subgenus Boreonebria Jean, it differs by the small size, narrow, long and flattened elytra, very long first antennái segment, etc. Nebria (Boreonebria) kumgangi sp. n. Dark brown to black, antennae from segment 5, apices of palpi and tarsi piceous.no frontal red spots. Head slightly thickened with strongly prominent eyes, neck without constriction, frontal furrows very flat and wide, indistinct rugulose, microsculpture fine, isodiametric. Submentum with a row of 19-20 setae, mentum tooth short and wide, emarginate at apex, penultimate segment of labial palpi trisetose. Antennae slender and long, extending to middle of elytra, segment 1 cylindrical, shorter than segment 3, with 1 seta from above, segment 2 with 1 seta, segment 3 with 5-8 setae apically (Fig. 3). Pronotum (Fig. 1) strongly cordiform, 1.33-1.37 times as wide as head, 1.37-1.41 times as wide as long, widest near apical third, strongly constricted towards base, on sides sinuated before acute protruded hind angles, fore angles projecting forwards and rounded at extremities. Disc moderately convex, apical transverse impression short and wide, basal one sharp and deep, median line distinct, lateral sides narrow reflexed. Basal fovea deep and narrow, situated near lateral margins, in consequence forming sharp postangular carina, lateral and basal margins rather distinct and densely punctate and rugulose. Lateral seta situated at near two-thirds from base, postangular seta at short distance from tip of hind angles. Microsculpture on disc consisting
