Antennae long and slender, extending almost to apex of elytra, their first segment long and cylindrical, with one seta above, segment 2 with 1 seta from below, segment 3 with 6-7 setae at apex. Penultimate segment of labial palpi with 3 setae; submentum with row of 10 setae. Pronotum distinctly convex, almost round, 1.37 times as wide as head, 1.24 times as wide as long; apical angles slightly prominent and rounded, basal angles fairly rounded; lateral sides narrowly reflexed; median line distinct, basal fovea rather deep, extending on disc of prono­tum; apical margin and basal area with sparse but rather coarse punctures, some punctures pre­sent in lateral channels.
