Nebria (Alpaeus) gotschi Chaud. Nebria Gotschii Chaudoir, 1846: 113 (type locality: "montagnes de l'Arménien") Nebria Gotschii , MARSÉUL, 1880: 42 Nebria (? Alpaeus) gotschi , Banninger, 1925: 275 Nebria (Alpaeus) Gotschi , Csiki, 1927: 380 Nebria (Alpaeus) gotschi , Kirshenblat, 1932: 94 Lectotype, o (MP), designated here, bears labels: "Ex Musaeo CHAUDOIR", "type". This species is very rare in collections and has often been mixed with other species of the group. Pronotum - fig. 49, first antennái segment - fig. 52. Material. NE Turkey, "Karskaya oblast, Gellsk, vicinity of Ker-ogly fortress, 21.IX. 1902, leg. K. SATUNIN, 1 ç (ZIL). Nebria (Alpaeus) korgei Jedl. Nebria (Alpaeus) korgei Jedlicka, 1965: 213 (type locality: Anatolien, Pülümür südlich Erzincan) This species greatly differs from the other ones by the chetotaxy of pronotum (fig. 48), moreover the microsulpture more coarse and head rather densely punctate. Aedeagus - figs. 57, 66. Material. Anatolia centr., Umgebung Pülümür, 2400 m, 27.VII. 1974, leg. W. HEINZ, 1 cf, 1 2 (H). Nebria (Alpaeus) mandibularis Bat. Nebria mandibularis Bates, 1872: 51 (type locality: "Northern Persia, Kurdistan and Mesopotamia") Nebria (Alpaeus) mandibularis , Csiki, 1927: 381 This characteristic species was described from one male. Apparently it belongs to the N. schlegelmilchi group. To the good description of H.W. BATES must be added the following. Head rather coarsely and densely punctate from above. Antennae (fig. 75) extending basal third in male and female. Submentum with 4 setae. Pronotum (fig. 71) with 3-4 lateral setae. Striae shallow but distinct, with trace of punctures, intervals faintly convex, scutellar pores present or one pore absent asymmetrically, interval 3 with 2-3 small setiferous pores; apical carina strongly developed. Microsculpture almost isodiametric, coarser on elytra. Male genital organs - Figs 73, 76, 78. Material. Turquie, Cilo Dag, Hakkari, 2700 m, 13.VIH. 1971, leg. G. LEDOUX, 2 cf, 2 g (MB, ISU). Nebria (Alpaeus) wiedemanni F. -W. Nebria Wiedemannl Fischer von Waldheim, 1844: 28 (type locality: "Anatolia") Nebria (Alpaeus) wiedemanni, Banninger, 1925: 271 Nebria (Alpaeus) Wiedemanni , Csiki, 1927: 384 Nebria wiedemanni , Jedlicka, 1965: 215 Head slightly thickened, frontal furrows very flat with fine transverse wrinkles, submentum with row of 6 setae. Pronotum (fig. 47) almost not sinuated before strongly prominent backwards hind angles, apical angles acute, strongly projected; lateral reflection evidently widened in basal half, basal foveae narrow and deep, oblique, basal area with small and sparse punctures. Elytra with prominent shoulders, striae deep, only with trace of punctures, intervals hardly convex, interval 3 with 5-6 small pores, scutellar pores present; apical carina sharp. Holotype, 2 (MD) with label " Wiedemanni Nat." The species is distributed in Northern Turkey. Material. Anatolia bor., Ilgaz-dagh, 1800-2200 m, 23.VII. 1963, leg. W.HEINZ, 2 cf, 2 g (HNHM).
