FOLIA XLII (XXXIV). 1. ENTOMOLOGICA HUNGARICA ROVARTANI KÖZLEMÉNYEK 1981 p. 197-201 Sarcophagidae (Diptera) from Korea By Y. G. VERVES (Received November 20, 1980) Abstract: Locality data of 20 species of Sarcophagidae from Korea are given; six species are new for the Korean Peninsula. FAN (1965), KANO et al. (1967) and PARK (1977) reported 39 species of Sarcophaginae and one species of Miltogrammatinae from the Korean Peninsula, chiefly from southern parts of Korea (for bibliography see in: PARK, 1977). The Sarcophagidae from North Korea were very little known. ^The list of 20 species of sarcophagid flies belonging to 3 subfamilies is present. These flies in preference were collected by Hungarian entomologists dr. S. HORVATOVICH and Dr. J. PAPP in 1971. Among these flies 6 species marked by an asterisk are new for the Korean Peninsula.
