Hung., 67: 243, o_. Apanteles calpurnia Nixon, 1976, Bull. ent. Res., 65: 705, <j> (abbreviated synonymization in Papp 1980). I studied the holotype of A . calpurniae Nixon and it deviates but infraspecifically from the holotype of my A. evanidus. The name A . calpurnia, consequently, is but a junior synonym of A . evanidus. - The species is known from Sweden and Hungary. Since its description from Hungary ("Kerecsend") further specimens were found: Budapest: Farkasrét, host collected 25.Vn. 1973 on Prunus spinosa, ex Scythropia crataegella L. 4. Vu. 1973, 1 o, leg. et educ. Jermy. Gyula Veszely-csárda, 2 o_. Kóspallag, Kisinóc, 1 S". Nagyvázsony, Kabhegy, 1 6*! Pilismarót, 10.- VII-Di. Apanteles gallerlae Wilkinson, 1932 - Within the ater-group easy to recognize by its wide and evenly brown stigma (at most 2.2 times wider than high), rl directed somewhat outwards, outer side of third tibia with numerous spines, mesonotum with discrete punctation, preapical joint of antenna usually cubic. - Distribution: world-wide in its distribution (America: Argentina, USA; Africa: Mauritius; Asia: India, Israel; Europe: France (locus typicus), Hungary). New to the fauna of Hungary. Localities: Szeged, Tápé, 1 (f. Tömörd, host collected 11.XI. 1975, ex Galleria melonella L. n. 1976, 2 j and 10 <f, leg. et educ.
