FOLIA XLI (XXXIII). 2. On a certain "lot of Aradids" collected by R. Malaise inN,E. Burma (Heteroptera) By T. VÁSÁRHELYI (Received August 1, 1980) Abstract: Morphological and faunistical notes on four Aradid species. Notoplocap- tera malalsi Kormilev, 1963 is transferred to the genus Melvertes Vásárhelyi, 1976. KOR MI LEV (1976) dedicated one of his new species to the late R. MALAISE by writing: "It is a pleasure to dedicate this striking species to Dr. René MALAISE, who collected many new species in this lot". By the kind offices of Dr. P. LINDSKOG I got a few Aradids from the Naturhistoriska Riksmuseet, Stockholm, amongst them four specimens representing four different species and belonging to this very lot (N.E. Burma, Kambaiti, in the year of 1934). Aneurus burmensis Kormilev, 1976 In the original description only the pronotum and scutellum are figured. Here the same of the type (Fig. 1) and of another specimen differing in a few characters (Fig. 2), and the tip of the abdomen of the holotype (Fig. 3) are figured. The main differences are: a tooth-like lobe may be on the lateral border of the pronotum (somewhat resembling A . nepalensis Kormilev et Heiss,1973); the hind border of pronotum is not sinuate on the second sepcimen; scutellum is much longer on the type than on the second specimen (lateral border not sinuate); differences in the measurements (the first number refers to the type): total length of body 5.25-4.7 mm; length of pronotum 0.770.69 mm; width of pronotum 1.62-1.46 mm; length of scutellum 0.75-0.59 mm; width of scutellum 0.91-0.85 mm; maximum width of body across segment IV 2.2-2.0 mm. Aradus malaisi Kormilev, 1976 It is described on the basis of a single male specimen. There is one further male in the unidentified material with the same data except the datum of the collecting - N.E. Burma, Kambaiti, 2000 m.4/4 1934, Malaise. It also differs from the original description in a few characters deserving a few figures (Figs. 8-14). A few remarkable characters on the ventral side: femur and trochanter not fused on hind leg; abdominal sternltes with hind border forming an obtuse angle medially and with narrow median furrow (Fig. 10); pattern of ventral glabrous areas 2:2:1. Genitalia (Figs. 11-14): tergite IX forming two narrow longitudinal lobes; paramer long, narrow, curved medially and with hairs medially and basally; parandria broad, high, with a few hairs mostly marginally. According to KORMILEV It is related both to A . orientális Bergroth, 1885 and A . mirabilis Bergroth, 1892. On the basis of a few characters (shape of abdomen; disjointed hind trochanter
