Coleophora granulatella Z. (= C. artemisiae Mühl. ): This species was reported before from Budapest (Budafok) and Fót. Many exemplars were taken in "Atralin" traps in Budapest (Budatétény). at Kecskemét-Szarkás, Törökbálint, Érd-Elvira and at Dunaharaszti. (An other part of that marshy territory belongs to Hungary.) According to personal information from Dr. L. GOZMÁNY (Hung.Nat. Hist. Mus.

, Budapest) this species was recently found in Hungary (Hortobágy and Dinnyés), but hitherto it has not been published. I have found it in "Atralin" traps at Kecskemét-Szarkás, Érd-Elvira and Törökbálint. It is worth mentioning that the listed Coleophora species generaUy are not pests in orchards, since they live mostly on wees.
