S. Mahunka szerk.: Folia Entomologica Hungarica 32/1. (Budapest, 1979)

Propodeum smooth and shining on anterior surface and weakly rugose on posterior one, with 2 faint short carinae extending from posterior margin. Petiole (fig. 36) smooth and shining, 1. 8 times as long as broad at spiracle. Genitalia: anal prong (fig. 31a) straight at basal 2/3, curved upwards apically, with 5 long hairs on dorsal surface and 2 short simple bristles at apex; ovipositor sheath (fig. 31b) as figured. Fore wing (fig. 34): stigma 2.6 times as long as broad; radius 2. 7 times as long as breadth of stigma. Head, including clypeus and mouth-parts, and thorax entirely dark brown. Antenna and legs dark brown, a little paler than head. Abdomen, including genital parts, dark brown, a little paler than thorax; petiole and 2nd tergite yellowish brown. Wings hyaline; stigma and veins brown. Unknown. Locality. Central aimak: Ulan-Baator, Nucht im Bogdo ul, 1650 m, 3. VI. 1967 (Nr. 762), 1 o_ (holotype). • In the shape of the petiole and the wing venation this species resembles Trioxys par­auctus 1 Stary and T. glaber Stary of Europe. Judging from their original descriptions (Stary, 1960b and 19 67), it is easily distinguishable from them by the ovipositor sheath with the lower edge more bluntly concave and by the darker coloration.
