Coniopteryx borealis Tjeder: Hitherto it has been reported from England, Scandina­via, France, Austria', Czechoslovakia and from Roumania, on Quercus spp. , Carpinus spp. Corylus avelana, Crategus monogyna, Prunus spinosa, Salix spp. and on Syringa vulgaris. ­We have found it at Érd-Elvira on pears, peaches and apricots, at Kiliman on pears, and at Törökbálint on peaches. Coniopteryx haematica McLachlan: This species have hitherto been reported from many countries of Europe and from Asia Minor, first of all on Quercus. - We have found it at Izsák and at Dolina-puszta on pears, and at Törökbálint on peaches.
