two oval patches at upper parts of lateral frontal sutures, light testaceous. Face at transition to vertex and broad transverse streaks at sides of frontoclypeus, brownish. Fore wing semitransparent, dirty whitish. Light patches at tip of clavus and adjoining patch Inside cu cell as well as a near patch inside m cell, clean white. Wax-field orangeous, its border at costal margin as well as marks at both end, blackish-brown. Other bladark patches seen in Fig. 221, brown. Smoking inside 4th apical cell and that at tip of 2nd apical cell very light. Veins at apex of wing yellowish, their very apices brown. Penis stem (Figs. 219, 220) broadened in apical half, no sclerotized processes. Pygophore appendage (Fig. 222) bifurcated. There are only several short microsetae representing distal group of setae and proximal group is restricted to a bunch of quite big, thick, rigid pointed setae situated near basal lower angle of pygophore side (Fig. 222). The wall of pygophore side very well slerotized. Upper lobe hardly distinguishable on not pigmented area of hind margin of pygophore. In the single known specimen only one rigid microseta marks the position of the upper lobe. Length <?3. 3 mm. Holotype male, Prov. Lao-cai, Sa-pa, 1650 m., grassy place, at light, Sep. 22, 1963, coll. T. Pócs. A m u r ta gen.n. Type-species: Amurta mirabilis sp.n. Body form and wings venation resembles Agnesiella Dwor, but head more flattened and male genital apparatus different. Coronal suture well visible (Fig. 226). Claval suture in fore wing indistinct (Fig. 231). Membrane of hind wing light, only a small area at dark brown - + m vein infuscated (Fig. 230). Genital capsule spherous, well pigmented, slerotized. Pygophore side well pigmented, its hind part consists of distinct lower lobe provided with numerous long gracile microsetae, well sclerotized "upper lobe" (Fig. 228) bearing short rigid microsetae and large not pigmented marginal lobe ornamented with minute teeth (Fig. 232). The "upper lobe" in this genus seems to be homologous with upper lobe of Agnesiella Dwor. Penis (Figs, 229, 235), paramere (Fig. 236), connective (Fig. 234) and abdominal apodemes (Fig. 233) as in Agnesiella s.str. Subgenital plate (Fig. 237) shortened, very darkly pigmented, broadened at base (even provided with well sclerotized lateral broadening there); its apical part suddenly narrowing at inner margin at about midlength, terminated on very small peg-like setae. Setosity of subgenital plate consists of a row of quite thick, short rigid microsetae at inner margin of apical part, thin rigid microsetae situated subapically and at outer side and several very small gracile microsetae scattered on dorsal surface of plate as well in U basal part as on both margins in apical part, nasal part of plate well pigmented and ornamented with very distinct scaly and teeth sculpture. Remarks. Male genital apparatus of the newly described genus resembles Agnesiella Dwor. very much but subgenital plate is completely different what seems to be sufficient to distinguish the separate taxon of generic rank. The details of subgenital plate structure do not allow to find any closer homology with these of Agnesiella Dwor. Amurta mirabilis sp.n. (Figs. 226-237) Head and upper side of thorax white-yellowish. There are two testaceous marks at anterior margin of vertex near midline (Fig. 226). Two broad blackish stripes at sides of pronotum. Parts of scutum and scutellum (marked with oblique lines in Fig. 226) and eyes, black. Fore wing dirty whitish, semitransparent. Dark brown patches at hind angle and hind margin of clavus, that on wax-field and a large almost quadrangular patch at the end of sc cell (Fig. 231) also of the same colour. Broad brownish transverse fascia basad of transverse veins on corium is much darker at costal margin, the other oblique brownish fascia going across apical cells. Apical m vein infuscated. Pygophore side (Fig. 232) provided with big sclerotized appendage which is serrated at margin. Paramere (Fig. 236) hooked apically; subapical tooth very long. Penis stem almost straight in apical 2/3, ornamented with minute teeth sculpture on broadened apical part (Fig. 229). Dorsal part of atrial rim narrow in posterior view (Fig. 235), broadened and rounded at upper margin. Length <í3.3 mm. Holotype male, Prov. Lao-cai, Sa-pa, 1650 m., grassy place, at light, Sep. 25, 1963, coll. T. Pócs.
