Agnesiella (Draberiella) irma sp.n. (Figs. 197-206) Vertex ivory at sides, grey-testaceous in the centre; two blackish patches (Fig. 197) atboth sides. Pronotum greyish in the centre and at hind margin. Scutum and other light areas on pronotum dirty yellowish, i.Blackish pattern as in Fig. 197. Basal triangles blackish. Brown patches in the centre of scutum; in some cases the whole area between basal triangles darkened. Scutellum ivory. Frontoclypeus, Inner parts of genae and outer parts of genae above lorae, black. In some specimens dark brown streaks pass across border of face and vertex and join with blackish patches on vertex bordering light testaceous oval patches (like these in A. (D) ela sp.n.) but blackish colour in midline of frontoclypeus never reach the border of vertex and face. Antennae yellowish-white. Eyes greyish-brown. Fore wing semitransparent, whitish in basal 2/3, slightly greyish in apical 1/3. There are twoblackish marks at both ends of wax-field (Fig. 201) and at its costal margin. Wax-field sometimes ochreous. There is a broad brown transverse fascia across clavus and corium in the middle of length of fore wing and the smaller one basad of transverse vein. Apical veins light, their apices infuscated. Penis (Figs. 200, 203) with a big appendage on ventral side. Pygophore side setosity consists of two multiplied rows of gracile setae (Fig. 198). Upper lobe of the pygophore (Fig. 202) well separated. Lengthen. 3-3.6 mm. Holotype male and paratypes 2&J, Prov. Lao-cai, Sa-pa, 1650 m., grassy place, atlight, Sep. 22.
