Usharia gen. n. Type-species: Usharia mata sp.n. Externally resembles Ifugoa Dwor. et Pawar but face (Fig. 60) very short. Wings form and venation (Figs. 62, 66) as is If ugoa Dwor. et Pawar (Dworakowska and Pawar, 1974). Genital capsule (Fig. 64) long, tubular, narrow, subgenital plate much exceeds pygophore side. Anal tube long, semivitreous, provided with slightly sclerotized basal appendages. Pygophore side structure (Figs. 64, 65) resembles that of Ifugoa Dwor. et Pawar but upper and lower ledges terminated on processes which are very strongly attached to the lobe. Pygophore side setosity consists of stout setae at hind margin and not numerous gracile microsetae in upper part. Subgenital plate (Figs. 64, 67) broad at base, Its lateral margin bent up in apical part. Apical part of the plate covered with sculpture of small teeth. Subgenital plate setosity consists of a row of macrosetae becoming smaller aplcally, a row of thin, gracile microsetae and marginal rigid microsetae which are slightly longer at base forming "basal group" there. Paramere (Figs. 63, 64), solid. There are numerous rigid setae In subaplcal group. Connective (Fig. 61) fused with the base of penis and big paired basal penis appendages. Penis stem (Fig. 71) tubular, gonopore dorsal. There is small sclerotized lamella (the "upper connective") joining ligaments between base of penis stem and the anal tube. Abdominal apodemes (Fig. 68) well developed, divergent posteriorly; their bases not fused with each other. There are additional thickening of the wall of 7th abdominal tergite of a male (Figs. 69, 70.). Usharia mata sp.n. (Figs. 60-71) Body testaceous. Eyes dark brown. The speicmen has lost Its natural colouration. Fore wing ochre-yellow except light broad stripe along costal margin, apex, base and hind part of 1st apical cell. Veins yellow. Upper pygophore appendage hooked; it is more than two times longer than the lower one (Fig. 65). Basal penis appendages solid, longer than the penis stem, ornamented with big teeth and tubercles at apex (Figs. 61, 71). "Upper connective" covered with numerous thin hair-like processes. Apical part of paramere short (Fig. 63). Anal tube appendage slightly curved at apex (Fig. 64). Abdominal apodemes (Fig. 68) rounded apically. Length <f 2.6 mm . Holotype male, Prov. Lao-cai, Sa-pa, 1650 m., grassy place, at light, Sep. 24, 1963, coll. T. Pócs. Golfa gen.n. Type-species: Goifa fasciata sp.n. Head much bigger than pronotum (Fig. 82). Coronal suture well visible on whole length of vertex. Vertex narrow, produced in the middle. Eyes very large. Face about half longer than in Dayus Mahm. (Mahmood, 1967), narrow. Head in profile like that in Dayus Mahm. Scutum with scutellum longer than pronotum. Fore wing venation resembles that in Dayus Mahm. but 4th apical cell long and narrow and r cell reduced in size (Fig. 79). Hind wing as in Dayus Mahm. but membrane at hind margin almost equally broad on its whole length (Fig. 80) and narrow. Genital capsule (Fig. 72) not sclerotized, subgenital plate long. Pygophore side resembles that of Ifugoa Dwor. et Pawar (Dworakowska and Pawar, 1974) but upper lobe not distinct, lower appendage absent and setosity quite different (Fig. 74). At the anal tube one macroseta and not numerous short and rigid microsetae at hind margin. Delicate sculpture of minute teeth on almost whole surface of pygophore side. Subgenital plate (Fig. 75) long, slim, rounded at tip; light and without sculpture. Marginal row of microsetae short, only partly doubled. Gracile microsetae arranged in several rows. The setae of the very inner row quite thick and much longer than the maximum width of the plate (they become longer towards tip of the plate). There is only one normal thick macro»'t at the apex of plate; the
