Head: Globose, without preoccipital lunula; preoccipital margin deeply concave, foveolated and carinated, the carina extending down as geno-temporal carina; preoccipital furrow extending to the median ocellus and crossing the transverse furrow connecting the posterior ocelli; but both preoccipital and transverse furrows hardly distinct, obsolete. Supraclypeal depression small (height: 120 m) but sharp, triangular, with a median puncture at the top; toruli connected by a transverse angular carina, limiting the slightly longitudinally carinated supraclypeal sclerite; clypeus longly setaceous. Tegument obsoletely alutaceous, with a rather long, adpressed pubescence. Eyes with shorter pubescence (20-25 ß ); orbites seeming smooth, but under some angles of observation, showing very small foveolae; great and small axes respectively 335 n and 270 ,ß.\ minimal facial interocular space: 310p. (49 % of the head width); fore angle of ocellar triangle slightly obtuse; hind ocelli flanked by a small smooth lunula, fore ocellus preceeded by a shallow pit. Antennae (fig. 2): scape hardly shorter (448 ß ) than the four following joins together (467 p.), pedicel and Hid join subequal (138 n, 131 n), flagellomeres progressively decreasing in length from the Hid to the Vlth and Vllth, then progressively increasing to the lO^h, the last one being much longer (214 ju), subequal to the two preceeding together (204 n ); pubescence shorter and denser on the distal fla gellomeres.
