Figs. 1-4. Szelenyinus brevinervis gen. et sp.n. d*- 1: body; 2" characteristic pilosity and venation of fore wing; 3: antenna; 4: head in facial view. In GRAHAM' s key to the genera of the Pteromalinae (1969:353-409) the new genus runs to couplet 168 and then, having the antennái clava rather acuminate, more or less to Cyclogastrella BUKOWSKI. If the clava is not regarded as acute, the genus would run to the vicinity of Cricellius THOMSON (couplet 192) or Mesopolobus WESTWQOD (couplet 193). Apart from some other individual characters the new genus differs from all these genera, as well as from all the other known genera with a similar set of characters, mainly by its aberrant venation (Text-fig. 2). The unknown female may throw more light on the relationship, but the male characters suggest that the genus belongs somewhere between Mesopolobus WESTWOOD and Trichomalus THOMSON. Homoporus gusztavi sp.nov. Female: 2. 5 mm. Head and thorax black with very slight dark greenish (on vertex) or bluish tint (thorax), gaster dark testaceous; antennae and legs mainly pale testaceous, each flagellar segment darkened at base, coxae more or less infuscate basally, fore tarsi dorsally brownish. Wings subhyaline, venation pale brown.
