Mesonotum antero-posteriorly with, weakening sculpture, its declivous part somewhat densely and transversely rugose, itr- disc with diminishing punctation so that before pre scutellar furrow almost smooth, shiny. Imaginary course of parapsides hardly impressed, indicated without any sculpture. Prescutellar furrow crenulated. Scutellum almost smooth (with some minute points), polished. Polished lateral field of scutellum almost reaching half length of scutellum. Propodeum scrobiculate with a mediolongitudinal strong carina. Mesopleura polished, its upper quater • (beneath tegula) finely punctate, and with a median, deep, weakly crenulated furrow. Mesosternum densely punctate . Metapleura rugose. Fore wing shorter than body, and somewhat narrow, 3 times as long as its greatest width. Stigma (Fig. 3) almost 3 times as long as wide (25-26:9), rj_ emitting distally, rj (nearly) as long as width of stigma. Metacarp as long as stigma. DL elongated, n. bas. only twice as long as n^rec. , d^ shorter than d2 (8-9:12) (Fig. 3). Nervellus of hind wing straight (Fig. 4). Hind coxa somewhat longer than half of abdomen, with very fine and scattered punctation. Hind femur 3 times as long as wide (28-30:10-9). Hind tibial spurs unequal, inner one very long, basitarsus only 1.28-1.3 times longer than inner spur (18:14-13. 5), outer spur half as long as basitarsus. Abdomen hardly longer than thorax, but shorter than head and thorax together, nearly as wide (at 2nd segment) as thorax. Tergite 1 <Fig. 5) subquadrate, somewhat wider at rear than its length, ratio of its length, basal, and hind width as 26/-25/:17/-18/:27 /-26/, its hind (horizontal) half strongly punctate-rugose, this sculpture somewhat directed towards postero-medial polished knob, shiny. Tergites 2-3 of equal length, tergite 2 with similar but slightly weaker sculpture than tergite 1, shiny, tergite 3 together with further ones polished. Apex of hypopygium not surpassing end of abdomen (Fig. 6). Ovipositor sheath (Fig. 6) somewhat longer (in lateral view) than 3rd basitarsus (3031:27-28). Black. Scape and pedicel brownish yellow, lower part of flagellum dark brownish yellow, upper part of it brownish black. Scape laterally with a longitudinal dark streak, pedicel with dark spot(s). Mandible yellowish brown, basally black, apically darkening. Palpi pale or yellow. Tergite 3 brownish yellow, its base black with variable extent. Sternites gradually darkening posteriorly from pale to brownish yellow, and hind margin of hypopygium black (of blackish). Rarely entire hypopygium black or blackish. Ovipositor sheath black. Legs yellow of vivid yellow, base or hind coxa black (or blackish) with variable extent. Apex of 3rd femur black. Tibia 3 darkening from white to brownish yellow, its apical third (-fourth) black. Tarsus black, basitarsus with a white basal ring. All spurs white, or yellowish white. Proximal half of fore wing hyaline to subhyaline, its distal half hardly fumous. Both sides of n.Joas. and rj brownish fumous with variable extent. Hind wing hyaline to subhyaline. Stigma and veins opaque brown, veins towards base hardly depigmented. Rarely parr-'igma and metacarp basally vivid yellow. Body together with legs covered with silver j lescense. d. Similar to female. Antenna rather longer than body . Penultimate joint of flagellum almost as long as 1st one (11:13). Tergite 3 almost entirely black. Tibia 3 apically more extensively black. Antenna only apically lightening on its lower part, and coxa 3 entirely black of a single specimen (Loc. No. 198).
