and yellowish white ,divided by a single pale brown,narrow line. Antemedian line pale brown, not contiguous. Median field light, only along postmedian line brownish. Discal spot dark brown, elongated,situated in upper are of postmedian line; this latter a wide, white ribbon, divided longitudinally by a thin, light brown line. Terminal field light brown with an ochreous hue; terminal line whitish, zigzaggy. Cilia wide, checkered whitebrown. Median field of hind wing with dark brown scales, outer line light brown, otherwise basic color white. Discal spot dark brown. Pattern of fore w ing,therefore both ante- and postmedian lines as well as terminal stripe, continuing also on hind wing. Underside yellowish white, discal spots, postmedian line and terminal stripe expressed. Genitalia. Male: vinculum elongate, an isosceles triangle pointing downward; valvae short, squat, concave; dorsum arcuate exteriorly,costa interiorly, this latter with a smaller and a slightly larger ,obtuse tooth about medially; uncus deep between valvae, robust, comparatively large (Pig.l:A); aedoeagus squat, with 3 cornuti (Pig.l:B); ventral plate of segment VIII wide, posterior margin deeply excised (Pig.l:C); tergite elongated, triangular (Pig.l:D). Female: bursa spherical, its two-thirds lined by signa: outer signa large, long; antrum heavily sclerotized; segment VIII of a peculiar shape, the chitinous plates multiply curved; both anterior and posterior apophyses long; papillae anales large (Fig.l:E). First stages and bionomics: The first stages and foodplant of the new species are unknown. The imagos fly, according to the available data, in the second half of July and the first half of August .
